Maison Lancome Oud Bouquet - Reseña/review

Oud Bouquet  parece ser uno de los perfumes más clonados del mercado junto con Baccarat Rouge 540. Durante un año he estado pensando si me compraba el original o me hacía con una "copia". Al final, después de pensarlo mucho y ver que estaba rebajado, me compré el original. 

No me arrepiento para nada, por norma general, el original siempre es mejor y dura más. Aunque no tengo nada en contra de los clones mientras esté claro que se han inspirado en X perfume.

 

Esta fragancia salió al mercado en 2016 y es obra de Fabrice Pellegrin, que también es el autor de Do Son y Eau Duelle (Diptyque) y Vert Malachite (Giorgio Armani Prive), entre muchas otras.

La marca decidió crear la gama Maison Lancome en 2016 y contrató a 8 perfumistas a los que les dio carta blanca para componer la obra que quisieran. 

 

Si bien ya hace años que está en el mercado, 2020 está siendo un año en el que este perfume es tendencia otra vez. Oud Bouquet es un perfume realmente perfecto para los meses fríos. La proyección es enorme y la durabilidad también, por lo tanto durante los meses calurosos mejor tenerlo guardado. Según Fragrantica, contiene notas de praliné, oud, rosa, vainilla, madera de guaiac y bálsamo de copaiba. Es un perfume dulce pero que no llega a ser empalagoso gracias al oud. Las notas que más puedo apreciar son el chocolate, el oud y la rosa. Es una buena incorporación a mi colección ya que tengo otros perfumes con oud que son un poco más ásperos (oud con cuero) y no tan dulces.

 

Se trata de un perfume unisex. Al ser bastante pontente, me gusta ponérmelo cuando voy a dar un paseo por el parque durante una tarde bien fría o sería el perfume que me pondría para visitar los mercados de navidad (si estuviesen abiertos este año).

 

Hay otros perfumes de la gama que también me gustan como por ejemplo Autre Oud y Parfait de Roses, pero aún no se si los necesito en mi colección o no.

 

I would say Oud Bouquet seems to be one of the most cloned perfumes on the market alongside with Baccarat Rouge 540. For a year, I have been wondering whether to buy the original or get a "clone". After thinking for a while about it and seeing that it was on sale, I bought the original. I do not regret, as a general rule, the original is always better and lasts longer. I have nothing against clones as long as it is clear that they have been inspired by perfume "X".

As i have read, the brand decided to create the Maison Lancome range in 2016 and hired 8 perfumers to whom it gave "carte blanche" to compose the work they wanted. 

 

Although it has been on the market for years, in 2020 this perfume is on trend again. Oud Bouquet is a really perfect perfume for the cold months. The projection is enormous and the durability too, therefore during the hot months it is better not to wear it. 

According to Fragrantica, it contains notes of praline, oud, rose, vanilla, guaiac wood and copaiba balsam. It is a sweet perfume but it does not become cloying thanks to the oud. The notes that I can appreciate the most are chocolate, oud and rose. 

It's a nice addition to my collection as I have other oud perfumes that are a bit harsher (oud with leather) and not as sweet. It is a unisex perfume. Being quite strong, I like to wear it when I go for a walk in the park during a very cold afternoon or it would be the perfume that I would wear to visit the Christmas markets (if they were open this year). 

 

There are other perfumes in the range that I also like, such as Autre Oud and Parfait de Roses, but I still don't know if I need them in my collection or not.
