By Terry – Goutte De Mercure Parfum Reseña / Review

Este perfume huele a lujo, pero no a un lujo actual, a un lujo de la era victoriana. O algo que Sissí la emperatriz usaría. Me gusta muchísimo. Es un perfume empolvado y muy intenso. Se trata de un Eau de Parfum Intense, por lo que solo un spray ya basta. Opulento y arriesgado. No deja indiferente a nadie.

Es una lástima porque la única razón por la que no me lo he comprado es la misma por la que me gusta; No es un perfume que pueda gustar a todo el mundo, hoy en día la sociedad no está acostumbrada a un perfume así. Lamentablemente no encaja con mi estilo/apariencia y por eso solo he comprado muestras de 2ml para usarlo en casa.

Según Fragrantica, contiene notas de raíz de lirio, violeta, sándalo, benjuí (resina) y pachulí. Una mezcla muy bien ejecutada. Dura en mi piel +12h, es de los perfumes que he probado  más duran en mi piel.

El color del perfume (que no del frasco) es naranja, lo que le da una apariencia más barroca y balsámica, en mi opinión. Normalmente cuando los perfumes son antiguos se vuelven de un tono anaranjado (y caducan), creo que esa fue la intención de la marca.

No lo recomendaría para espacios cerrados como oficinas, más bien es un perfume para un evento especial y por la noche, en invierno.

En general, si te gustan perfumes como Guerlain Shalimar, Alexandria II de Xerjoff, Ambre Loup de Rania J e incluso Chanel Nº5, este seguramente te gustará porque todos son perfumes balsámicos/amaderados.

This perfume smells of luxury, but not a current luxury, a luxury of the Victorian era. I think it is something Sissi the Empress would wear. I love it. It is a powdery and very intense scent. It is an Eau de Parfum Intense, so one spray is more than enough. Opulent and risky. No one will be able to ignore it.

It's a pitty because the only reason I didn't buy it, it is the same reason i like it - It is not a perfume that everyone can like, today's society is not used to such a fragrance. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit my style / appearance and that's why I only buy 2ml samples to use it at home.

According to Fragrantica, it contains notes of lily, violet, sandalwood, benzoin (resin) and patchouli root. A very well executed mix. Lasts on my skin + 12h. It is one of the perfumes that last the longest time on my skin.

The color of the perfume (not the bottle) is orange, which gives it a more baroque and balsamic appearance, in my opinion. Usually, when the perfumes are old they turn orange (and expire), I think that was the intention of the brand.

I do not recommend it for closed spaces such as offices, rather it is a perfume for a special event, at night, in winter.

Overall, if you like perfumes like Guerlain Shalimar, Alexandria II by Xerjoff, Ambre Loup by Rania J and even Chanel No. 5, you will probably like this one as well because they are all balsamic / woody fragrances.
